Mr. Lindsay has more than 20 years of experience in public finance. He previously worked with Hilltop Securities Inc. as a managing director for two years and with Independent Bond and Investment Consultants LLC for eighteen years. He has managed over 320 financing transactions exceeding $3.8 billion in par value. Mr. Lindsay assists over 20 Connecticut municipalities in preparing and executing financing plans to aid in the borrowing for a variety of projects including schools, roads, municipal complexes, Town vehicles and libraries. He provides quantitative analysis and produces financing models to aid in the financing process. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and is a registered representative of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) with a Series 50 license.



Mr. Lindsay resides in Clinton, Connecticut with his wife and three daughters. Their dog Mick runs the house.

Mr. Chapman has worked in the public finance sector for nearly 20 years acquiring valuable knowledge and experience. Over the past two years he worked with Hilltop Securities Inc. and previous to that he was a Managing Director with Independent Bond and Investment Consultants LLC for 17 years. He works with approximately 20 municipalities throughout Connecticut developing financing plans, creating credit rating strategies and presentations, and providing fiscal impact studies to help his clients obtain the best possible pricing for the municipality’s needs. He has managed over 300 financings exceeding $3.6 billion in par value. Mr. Chapman is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) holding a Series 50 license.



Mr. Chapman resides in Guilford, Connecticut with his wife, daughter, son and Pickles, the beloved family dog.

Susan Caron, Vice President

For the past 16 years Ms. Caron has worked in the public finance industry with Hilltop Securities Inc. She has served as municipal advisor to approximately 25 Connecticut municipalities and school districts over that time. She has aided her clients in achieving their project funding goals with her assistance in project planning, credit analysis, structure options and issuance timing. She holds a bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a registered representative of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) with Series 50, Series 52 and Series 63 licenses. Ms. Caron is a member of the Women in Finance chapters in both Boston and New York.

Ms. Caron resides in East Haddam Connecticut with her husband, daughter and a flock of chickens.
